A 30 % deposit secures the villa; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. €500 refundable damage deposit at check-in.

Good to know
How do we reach the beach?
A private stairway leaves the garden gate and reaches Marina di Praia in about ten minutes (180 steps). A taxi or boat can bring luggage if needed.
Is it suitable for small children?
We recommend ages 10 and over. The pool is not fenced and the terraces are steep.
Is the hot tub heated all year?
Yes. The roof-deck hot tub is available all year at 38 °C; the pool is heated June to September and as an extra in shoulder months.
How many cars can park?
One car in the garage; additional parking in the village is by the roadside.
