Each room has a calendar with nightly prices, minimum stays, closed arrival and departure days and sellable units. Seasons, weekday uplifts, length-of-stay, early-bird and last-minute rules, fees, VAT and city tax are applied on the server — a guest can never check out at a price the engine did not quote.

Can I keep my Airbnb and Booking.com calendars?
