Is the thermal circuit included?
Yes. Access to all five pools, the hammam, sauna and salt room is included for hotel guests. Treatments and private spa suites are extra.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. There is a children’s pool and a family suite. The quiet terrace pool is adults-only after 14:00.
How do we get here from Naples?
Ferries leave Molo Beverello and Pozzuoli for Ischia Porto. A shuttle meets scheduled ferries, or book a car from the hotel.
Do I need a doctor’s note for thermal baths?
Not for hotel pools, but guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure or pregnancy should consult a doctor. Our spa team will advise you.
Is there a beach?
A private platform with sunbeds sits at the end of a path to the sea, and the sandy San Montano beach is a 20-minute walk.
