Is the pool fenced?
The pool has a lockable gate and a shallow children’s step, but there is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times.
How many people can stay?
The main house sleeps 8 plus a cot. The garden cottage sleeps 2 plus a sofa bed, so up to 11 guests across both units.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, up to two dogs in the main house or cottage for a small fee. The garden is fully fenced.
Do I need a car?
Not strictly. The train station is a ten-minute walk, but a car makes the villa more flexible. There is free parking for three cars inside the gate.
Is cleaning included?
A one-off cleaning fee is included in the price breakdown. Mid-stay cleaning can be added for longer visits.
