Is the sea access private?
A private stairway of 76 steps goes from the lower terrace to a bathing platform with a swim ladder. A small boat can be moored at the platform.
Can we book the villa without the guest houses?
Yes. The main villa, the Pool House and the Limonaia Studio can be booked together or separately, subject to availability.
How many people does the villa sleep?
The main villa sleeps ten adults plus two children. The Pool House sleeps two and the Limonaia Studio two.
Is the pool heated?
The salt-water pool is heated June to September; extra heating in other months can be arranged.
