New England Patriots are into the conference championship round. They beat Houston Texans 28-16 at Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA.

Quarter by quarter it went 3-7-6-0 for Texans against 7-14-0-7 for Patriots.

Patriots carried a 14-3 regular season and a point differential of +170 into January. Texans were 12-5 with +109.
