Marcus Ellison
A licensed captain before he was a licensed agent, Marcus brings a boater’s eye to waterfront real estate: water depth, bridge clearances, seawall condition and the fastest route to open water. He has represented buyers and sellers on North Bay Road, the Venetian Islands and Key Biscayne’s Mashta Island for fourteen years.
Marcus works with a small team of inspectors, marine contractors and insurance specialists so that waterfront purchases close without surprises. Off duty he races a J/70 out of Coconut Grove and coaches a youth sailing program.
