Andrés has advised on commercial sales and leases in Miami for more than two decades, from storefronts on Calle Ocho to flagship retail in the Design District and value-add warehouses in Wynwood. His family has run a bakery in Little Havana since 1971, and he understands the business owner’s side of every deal.
He helps investors underwrite acquisitions, helps owners position buildings for sale and helps tenants negotiate leases that work. He is a past president of the Little Havana merchants’ association.
