Real estate WordPress theme + listings plugin · one bundle
Portal-class search. Magazine-grade looks.
Doorstep is a real-estate theme for agencies, brokers and portals with its own listings plugin: a split-screen map search with price pins, draw-to-search and search-as-you-move, mosaic galleries, a mortgage calculator, agents, neighbourhood market stats and a private enquiries inbox — and no map API key to pay for.

One purchase. The whole agency.
The Stepfox Real Estate plugin registers properties, agents, neighbourhoods and enquiries, and renders them as native blocks and native Elementor widgets. The theme supplies the Miami-editorial design. Together they cover the whole site — map search to tour request.
73
Editor blocks
Property grids and carousels, the full property-page kit, agent cards, neighbourhood tiles, market stats, favourites, compare and single-field blocks for cards of your own.
28
Elementor widgets
Plus 4 dynamic tags — field, image, link and gallery — rendered by the same engine, so both editions look identical.
72
Demo listings
Ten agents, 18 neighbourhoods and nine property types across Miami: a living portal from the first minute, imported and removed with one click.
$0
Map API fees
MapLibre GL with free OpenFreeMap vector tiles — no key, no account, no usage bill. Paste a MapTiler or Stadia style URL if you ever want one.
Map search
Search the way portals do
A split-screen map with price pins and clustering. Draw a shape to search inside it, or pan and let “search as I move the map” refresh the results. Every filter lives in a shareable URL that also powers the hero form and the archives.
Price pins, clusters and a results list that stay in sync
Draw-to-search and search-as-you-move
Light and dark map styles that follow the site’s scheme
Listings
Every home gets the full treatment
A mosaic gallery with a full-screen lightbox, a key-facts strip, features grid, floor plans, video and 3D tour, a neighbourhood map and a mortgage calculator — with a sticky agent card and a schedule-a-tour picker that files straight into your enquiries inbox.
Price, rent period, beds, baths, area, lot, year, HOA and status as real post meta
Schema.org RealEstateListing markup on every listing
Save to favourites and compare homes side by side
Neighbourhoods
Market stats, computed live
Neighbourhood pages carry the median price, price per square foot, homes for sale and days on market — computed from your listings, never typed. A market report page rolls the whole city up, and a valuation page turns “what’s my home worth?” into a lead.
Neighbourhood guides with live median, count and days on market
A city-wide market report with per-area bars
Valuation requests e-mailed to your office
Build in the editor you already use
The bundle ships two themes over one plugin — and this is what they look like from the inside. The same design opens as ordinary blocks in the Site Editor and as native widgets in Elementor. Nothing is a locked mega-block: every card is editable in your editor of choice.
Block editor + Stepfox Looks
Compose pages from 73 small real-estate blocks and restyle any element — spacing, colours, typography, per device — right in the Site Editor. The theme ships zero CSS of its own, so nothing fights you back, and night mode flips the whole site, maps included.

And wp-admin runs the agency
The plugin adds one Real Estate menu to the dashboard: properties, agents and a private enquiries inbox, deal, type, neighbourhood and feature taxonomies, and settings for currency, area unit, map position and mortgage defaults — plus a one-click demo import you can remove just as cleanly.

Night mode
A one-click toggle in the header flips the entire site — maps included — to a dark scheme, and remembers the choice.
No API keys
Maps run on MapLibre GL and free OpenFreeMap vector tiles. No account, no key, no bill.
Saved homes & compare
Favourites and the compare list live in the visitor’s browser; nothing is stored until a form is sent.
Schema.org, built in
RealEstateListing JSON-LD on every home, Person markup on every agent, Open Graph when no SEO plugin is active.
Bring your own listings
Every field is registered post meta in the REST API, so WP All Import, a CSV importer or a short script can map any feed.
A journal, built in
An editorial layer for market stories and neighbourhood features, styled to match the rest of the site.

The market report — median price, price per square foot, homes for sale and days on market, computed from the listings.
One price. The whole portal.

Questions, answered
Is the plugin included, or sold separately?
Included. The $99 bundle contains both themes and the Stepfox Real Estate plugin — the plugin is what powers listings, agents, map search and enquiries.
Do I need a Google Maps key?
No. Maps use the open-source MapLibre GL library with free OpenFreeMap vector tiles, which allow commercial use and need no key or account. Prefer MapTiler or Stadia? Paste its style URL into Real Estate → Settings.
Can I import my MLS or IDX feed?
There is no built-in IDX connector, but every listing field is registered post meta exposed in the REST API — WP All Import, a CSV importer or a short script can map any feed to Doorstep listings. You can also try the theme in the Playground first.
Ready for open house?
