What does it cost to list?
Listing is free. Any service fee is agreed with you in writing before the property goes live, so there are no surprises on payout day.
Can I keep renting on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Import their iCal feeds into your Getaway calendar and export ours back — a night sold on any channel closes on all of them.
Who sets the price and the rules?
You do: nightly rates by season, weekend uplifts, length-of-stay discounts, minimum stays, fees and the cancellation policy for every rate.
How do guests pay?
At checkout, by card or any gateway enabled on the site. You can take the full amount, a deposit with the balance at the property, or pay-at-property.
Do you take care of photos and descriptions?
We help with both. Most properties are photographed, written up and live within 48 hours of the first call.
