Getaway began with one frustration: booking a room on the Amalfi Coast meant twenty browser tabs, photos that flattered, fees that appeared at the last step and a cancellation policy nobody could find. So we built the booking house we wanted as guests — every stay visited, every room photographed as it is, every price shown in full before you pay.

Today the collection runs from Positano to Paestum and across the islands. We still answer the phone ourselves, we still walk every property before it lists, and we still think the best stays are found one terrace at a time.
