About this stay
I am Marina Russo, and this is the house where my mother Lucia grew up. Today it has three guest rooms, a courtyard under an old grape pergola and a kitchen where I start baking at six every morning. When you come down at eight, there will be a lemon cake still warm, ricotta from the dairy up the hill, jams made by my aunt and fruit from whichever tree is in season.
The rooms are simple, quiet and spotless. Camera Limone has a double bed and a view of the lemon trees; Camera Glicine opens onto its own little terrace; the Family Suite, upstairs, is two rooms with a shared bathroom, ideal for four. Floors are original cotto, the sheets are linen and the soaps come from a farm in Tramonti. There is no lift and no reception desk, but there is always a person to ask.
The house stands on the pedestrian main street that runs from the church to the beach, so the baker, the trattorias and the sea are all a few steps away. I will give you a hand-drawn map with my favourite places, the best time to swim and which ferry to catch. In the evenings the pergola is the best table in Minori, and guests often end up sharing a bottle with the other guests.
If you want to see how we make the local lemon dessert, ask about my kitchen lesson. If you want to be left alone, that is respected too. Either way you will leave with a full stomach and probably a jar of jam.

Very kind hostess, a quiet room and an outstanding breakfast. No lift, so heavy luggage is a chore, and the bathroom is small. For the price, though, a great stay.

Very good, one tiny niggle
Lovely hosts and a delicious breakfast. The Camera Limone was a touch dark in the afternoon and the street gets busy in the evening, but the courtyard is a quiet escape. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This tiny B&B is the heart of Minori for us. Marina met us at the pedestrian street, carried our bag and sent us to the best pizza of the trip. Rooms are simple but impeccable. The breakfast table is a highlight.

A little pearl
Home-made breakfast, a sincere welcome and a well-kept room. Two steps from the sea and the pastry shop. We will certainly come back for another weekend, perhaps in spring when the pergola is in flower.

Is breakfast really included?
Yes. A home-made breakfast with cake, ricotta, jams, fruit, cheeses, coffee and fresh juice is served 08:00–10:00 in the courtyard, or in the dining room when it rains.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, in all rooms, along with fans and heating in winter. The thick walls keep the house cool in summer.
Can you help with luggage and transport?
Yes. The street is pedestrian, so we meet you at the entrance of the street and carry bags if needed. We can book taxis, transfers and ferry tickets.
Is there a lift?
No. Camera Limone is on the ground floor; the other rooms are up one or two flights of stairs.
