What does it cost to list?
Nothing to list and nothing monthly. Getaway earns a small commission only when a guest books and stays; the rate is agreed in writing before anything goes live.
Will it work with my Airbnb and Booking.com calendars?
Yes. Each room has an iCal feed you can add to the other channels, and Getaway imports theirs on a schedule, so a night sold elsewhere is blocked here within the hour.
Can I set my own rates, seasons and cancellation terms?
Yes. Set a base price per room, then add seasons, weekend uplifts, length-of-stay discounts, early-bird and last-minute rules, minimum stays and your own cancellation policy.
How do I get paid?
Guests pay through the checkout, in full or as a deposit with the balance at the property. Payouts follow the payment provider’s schedule.
I only have one apartment. Is that fine?
Very. Plenty of our hosts have a single apartment or villa; larger hotels list every room type with its own units, photos and rates.
