Dmitri has launched sales for nine new-construction towers along the Sunny Isles and Aventura coastline and advises buyers on everything from deposit schedules to developer incentives and turnover inspections. Trained as a civil engineer in St. Petersburg, he reads construction drawings as fluently as contracts.
He works with buyers from around the world who want oceanfront living with full hotel-style service, and with local families moving up to a larger home in Aventura. On weekends he is usually on the Sunny Isles pier with a fishing rod.
