Apex is a demonstration site for a WordPress theme and plugin. It is not a commercial publication and it does not sell, rent or share anything about the people who visit it.
What is collected
Standard web server logs — the requested address, the time of the request, the referring page, the browser user agent and a truncated IP address — are written for every page on this site so that faults can be diagnosed and abuse can be blocked. They are kept for 30 days and then discarded.
Cookies
No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set. WordPress sets a session cookie if you log in, and the fantasy game stores your rider picks against your account so it can score them — that is the only thing on this site tied to an individual. Signing out removes the session cookie; the picks stay with the account until the account is removed.
Comments and forms
Comments are closed site-wide and there are no contact forms. The addresses on the contact page are ordinary mailboxes; anything you send to one is kept only as long as it takes to answer.
Where the data on this site comes from
Rider, team, circuit and result data is fetched from the official Grand Prix timing feed and from public reference sources, and is stored on this site as published. It is sporting data about public competitors, not personal data about visitors.
Embedded content
Pages on this site do not embed third-party players, fonts, maps or scripts. Everything a page loads is served from this domain, so no other operator learns that you visited.
Your rights
If you hold an account here you can ask for a copy of what is stored against it, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address on the contact page. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page and the date below changes with it.
This page is placeholder text for a demonstration site and is not legal advice.
