Jorge Martin’s 1:56.160 held pole by 0.021s from Fernandez, and Martin converted it into the sprint win. On Sunday the order reversed: Fernandez led the 20 laps in 39:45.930, Martin finished 2.538s behind, Marco Bezzecchi third at 3.393s.
Fernandez also owned the fastest lap, a 1:58.457 set on lap two. Seven of the 23 starters retired — the highest count of the season.
