Refund Policy

All our Products are digital downloads, so there is nothing to return. This policy explains when we refund and how to ask.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Product for any reason, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full price, no questions asked.

2. After 7 days

After 7 days we still refund when a Product has a bug or malfunction that stops it working as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you report it. Please give us the chance to fix the problem first; most issues are solved with an update. Refunds after 7 days are not available because you changed your mind, bought the wrong Product, no longer need it, or because of conflicts with third-party plugins or hosting that we did not cause.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@stepfoxthemes.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form.
Include your order number and, for a bug report, what happens and what you expected.
We reply within two business days and process approved refunds through Stripe to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days.

4. What happens after a refund

Your access to the download, updates and support for that Product ends. If you have a subscription to our newsletter or an account, those are unaffected.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer: we refund far faster than a chargeback resolves. Accounts that open a chargeback without contacting us may be closed while we investigate.

6. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer protection, nothing here limits those rights. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; our 7-day guarantee applies regardless.
