Three officers vote on every contested drop. We weigh the upgrade size, attendance, and how the item fits progression needs over the next two weeks. Every decision is noted in a public channel after the raid.
- Trials are eligible for everything except tier tokens in their first week
- Bench players keep their attendance credit
