As soon as you place an order, its tracking page opens. You will see each step, from the kitchen accepting it to your courier on the map, with a live arrival time. Lost the page? Open Track order and enter your order number and email.

You can cancel for free until the restaurant starts preparing your food. After that the kitchen is already cooking, so get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Yes. At checkout choose a time slot instead of As soon as possible. You can schedule up to two days ahead, within the restaurant’s opening hours, and the kitchen starts cooking so your food arrives on time.

Sorry about that. Tell us within 24 hours from your order page or by email, add a photo if you can, and we will refund the missing items. You never need to send food back.

Every dish lists its allergens. Add a note to the item for small changes, and if your allergy is serious, call the restaurant before ordering: shared kitchens can never fully rule out traces.

It depends on the distance from the kitchen to you. The first kilometre is included in the base fee, each extra kilometre adds a little, and the fee never goes above the cap. You always see the exact fee before you pay.

If your basket is under €10, we add the difference as a small order fee, up to €3. Add another item and it disappears.

Each kitchen delivers within its own area, so food arrives hot. If you are outside it, you can still order for pickup, or browse the kitchens that do reach you.

Yes. Switch to Pickup at the top of any page or at checkout. There is no delivery or service fee, and you will see when your order is ready to collect.

This demo store offers cash on delivery and card on delivery, where the courier brings a card terminal. No card details are ever entered on the site.

Enter the code in your basket or at checkout. Each code shows its rules, like a minimum order or the kitchens it works at, and the discount appears in your total straight away.

Yes, every cent. Tips are optional, added at checkout and passed in full to the courier who brings your order.

A 5% fee on delivery orders, at least €0.39 and never more than €2.49. It pays for support, payments and the live tracking. Pickup orders have no service fee.

No. You can check out as a guest and track your order with the link we show you. An account just saves your addresses, favourites and past orders for next time.

Signed in, open Saved places in your account and add Home, Work or anywhere else. They appear first whenever you change your address.

Email us from the address on your account and we will send you a copy of your data or erase it, including saved places and favourites, within 30 days.

Fill in the form on Become a partner. We call you within two working days, help you photograph or illustrate your menu, and set up your delivery area together.

Orders arrive on a live board that works on any tablet or laptop. Accept, mark food as ready and hand it to the courier with one tap each.

Yes. Mark the kitchen as busy to add time to every estimate, or pause new orders for 15, 30 or 60 minutes.

A bike, e-bike, e-scooter or scooter, a smartphone and the right to work in Portugal. We lend you a thermal box on your first day.

Every delivery pays a base amount plus distance, and you keep 100% of your tips. Payouts go to your bank account every week.
