What does it cost to join?
Nothing to sign up and no monthly fee. We take a commission on delivered orders only, and a lower one on pickup orders. You see every euro on your weekly statement.
Do I need my own couriers?
No. Pinch couriers collect from your counter and deliver within your area. If you already have riders, you can deliver yourself and still use our ordering and tracking.
Who sets my delivery area and fees?
You do, with our help. Choose a radius or draw your area on the map, set a minimum order and decide whether delivery is free above a certain amount.
How quickly can I start taking orders?
Most kitchens go live within a week: a call, a menu session and a short test order with one of our couriers.
Can I change my menu myself?
Yes. Edit prices, options and photos at any time, mark a dish as sold out for the day, and your changes show up straight away.
