Pinch started with a simple idea: the best food in Lisbon is cooked in small kitchens, and it should reach you as good as it leaves the pass. We work with 24 local favourites across nine neighbourhoods, from a charcoal grill in Bairro Alto to a ramen bar in Mouraria.
Local kitchens first
Every restaurant on Pinch is independent. We visit each one, help them set up their menu and delivery area, and never ask them to change a recipe to fit an app.
Fair for everyone
Fees are worked out from real distance and shown before you pay. Couriers keep 100% of their tips and see what each delivery pays before they accept it. Kitchens get a clear weekly statement.
