- Aged 18 or over, with the right to work in Portugal
- A bike, e-bike, e-scooter or scooter in good working order
- A driving licence and insurance if you ride a motor scooter
- A smartphone with mobile data
- A Portuguese tax number (NIF) and a bank account
- A friendly hello at every door
Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes: a bike, e-bike, e-scooter or scooter. Lisbon has hills, so most couriers choose an e-bike. We can point you to partner rental schemes if you don’t have one yet.
How much can I earn?
Each delivery pays a base amount plus distance, with extra at busy times and when it rains. You keep every cent of your tips. Your earnings for each order are shown before you accept it.
When do I get paid?
Every Monday, straight to your bank account, with a statement listing every delivery and tip.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
No. Ride for an hour at lunch or every evening of the week. You choose when you are online.
What happens if I have an accident?
Every active courier is covered by accident insurance while online, from the moment you accept an order until it is delivered.
