Maximo Quiles is turning Moto3 into a procession

Six wins and ten podiums in twelve rounds. The Moto3 championship is not close.

Quiles leads Moto3 on 206 points from David Almansa on 134 and Alvaro Carpe on 133 — a 72-point cushion with ten rounds to run, built on four consecutive wins between Brazil and Catalunya and two more since.

Almansa has two wins and Brian Uriarte two, but neither has managed Quiles’ habit of finishing on the box even on the weekends he does not win.
