Marc Marquez sweeps the Balaton Park weekend

Pole, sprint, race and fastest lap. At the newest circuit on the calendar, Marc Marquez took all four.

A 1:36.785 put the Ducati Lenovo bike on pole. Sunday’s 26 laps took 42:55.325, with Pedro Acosta 1.343s behind and Francesco Bagnaia third at 11.632s. The fastest lap, a 1:38.313, came on lap 20 — late, and with the race already decided.

Six of the 22 starters retired, on a hot afternoon at a circuit whose 17 corners leave very little of the lap on full throttle.
