Getaway puts it in front of guests who plan trips around where they sleep, and gives you the tools to run it without a second spreadsheet.

What you get

Rooms, rates and seasons. Price each room type, add low, shoulder, high and peak seasons, weekend uplifts, weekly and monthly discounts and early-bird or last-minute offers.

One calendar. Import your Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO calendar and export ours, so a night sold anywhere closes everywhere within the hour.

Payments handled. Guests pay in full or by deposit at checkout with cards through Stripe, and your payout and cancellation terms are set per rate.

Your rules. Instant book or request to book, minimum stays, arrival days, extra guest fees, pets, parties and quiet hours.

A page that sells the stay. Mosaic gallery, rooms and rates for the chosen dates, map, nearby places with walking times and verified reviews.

How listing works

Tell us about your property with the form below: where it is, how many rooms, what makes it yours.

We visit or video-call and check the basics: access, photos, the real view, the neighbours.

You set rates and calendars with our team beside you for the first week.

You go live and the first booking request usually arrives within a fortnight in the shoulder season.

What it costs

There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. Getaway charges a 10% commission on stays that are booked and completed through the site, collected after the guest has checked in. Card processing by Stripe is itemised separately on your statement. Guests are never charged a service fee, which keeps your price competitive with your own front desk.

What we ask of hosts

Answer guest messages within a day, ideally within a few hours.

Keep your calendar current. Honour confirmed bookings: cancelling on a guest costs you ranking and money.

Describe the property as it is, steps and shared spaces included. Honest listings get better reviews.

Be registered. Italian short-let and hotel rules vary by region, so we ask every host for their national identification code (CIN) and local registration.

Questions hosts ask

<details class="wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow">
Can I keep listing on other sites?

Yes. Calendars sync both ways through iCal, so you can stay on Airbnb or Booking.com and still use Getaway as your direct channel.

</details>

<details class="wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow">
Who handles guest payments?

Guests pay through our checkout.
