Pacific Coast Auto started in 2004 when two brothers who had spent a decade at franchise stores decided there had to be a friendlier way to buy a car. Our Santa Monica Boulevard lot, a few minutes from the beach, is still the answer: one place to compare brands side by side without being steered toward whichever one we happen to be franchised for.

On any given week you will find mainstream commuters from Toyota, Honda, Mazda and Hyundai parked next to premium picks from BMW, Audi, Lexus and Volvo, plus pickups, wagons and the occasional weekend sports car. Every vehicle carries a posted, no-haggle price, a multi-point inspection report and a history report you can read before you ever visit.

Our finance team works with more than twenty banks and credit unions, and our online pre-qualification uses a soft credit check so you can see real numbers without a hit to your score. A comfortable lounge, a complimentary shuttle to Downtown Santa Monica and an on-site service center keep ownership easy long after you drive away.
